Crisis in the Ukraine. Hey up, where you at ladies? I thought you “run the world”.

5 Mar

Is the madness currently unfolding in the Ukraine really just a spat over a gas bill?  Well, probably not, but the price of gas does play a role.  The President of the Ukraine, Viktor Yanukovych was duty bound to sign a trade pact that would have brought the European Union and Ukraine closer to open trade and opened the doors to inclusion in the EU, and then Russia decided the whole deal was bullshit and threatened to stop subsidizing the flow of natural gas to the Ukraine.

yulia

Oh, Yanukovych hates former Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko – she of the most glorious hair ever and friend to the European Union.  Yulia wants to move into the future, Yanukovych prefers the past.

Unrest in the Crimea is nothing new.  Looking over photos and watching video footage, I was struck by something:  where are all the women?  The young, strong, powerful, independent you go grrrrlz?  Where you at, ladies? Look at these two photos.  There does not seem to be any women at all.

riots 2

riots

Oh, in the early days of protests, there were young women out in force. Look at the cute little feminist making her stand.

feminist

And then shit got nasty.  And they are no where to be seen.  Isn’t that curious?

women 2

There are middle aged women out and about.

women

And old women.

There are wives and girlfriends kissing their male companions, but they seem more concerned about their personal lives.  Which is fine. It’s probably a really smart thing to do, given the circumstances.  The fish needs a bicycle!

kiss

Where are all the lady protesters now?  It’s only the young men of the Ukraine who care about their country and future?

soldiers 2

Where are all the women protecting the city?  It’s only men who pick up shields and guns and do the dirty, nasty business of taking a stand?

security

Only men prepared to face danger and the possibility of real harm?

shields

Where are all the women?  Are you hiding?  Scared to come out?

These photos aren’t just cherry-picked.  It’s not like I scrolled through hundreds of photos looking for ones that depict only men.  It’s rare to find a woman who isn’t either mourning, with a male companion or running away. And even more rare to see a young woman.  They are mostly middle-aged.

women 3

The world goes to hell and the truth becomes blinding, doesn’t it? Beyonce takes to the stage and howls her feminist delusion that  “girls run the world”.

Really, bitch?  Really?!?!

Not in the Ukraine.

A woman cries as she attends a rally at Independence Square in Kiev

Not anywhere.

Women would do very well to remember that.

Lots of love,

JB

Don’t you see JB? The men have to go be cannon fodder for the women so that the women can then use their “leadership” to tell them what to do once the men defeat the enemy.

I’d like to know where the FEMEN ladies are at. In the past few years, FEMEN was the loudest voice to come out of the Ukraine and grab the attention of the international community. They were apparently ready to get arrested, even die for the rights of women. Now that there’s an opportunity to either side with the progressive Europe, who wants to let them practice their trade but punish the evil men who pay for that piece of ass, or with backwards Russia who hates women and gays, shouldn’t they be jumping on the opportunity and show the world what they’re made of?

As far as I’m concerned, they have shown it alright. Empty words and naked titties, and those aren’t very effective when the guns start firing.

Perhaps the women in Ukraine are wiser than their foolish bought-and-paid-for (by the US/NATO/Israel/Soros) menfolk.

I’ve seen plenty of photos showing attractive young Crimean women posing with Russian liberation forces and taking selfies in front of Russian tanks and armored vehicles.

That is not a fair comparison – right now Crimea is one of the safest places in Ukraine and for the Ukraine population, which is why young women can pose for photos. The chance of violence breaking out there is significantly less than in Kiev, mostly due to the presence of armed troops. However, if you examine one of the more “dangerous” places, like one of the road blocks leading into Crimea (which is constantly searching cars, and faces the threat of some sort of violence), I doubt you will see women there either.

P.S. JudgyBitch, I would like to correct you on something: Ukraine was planning on signing a European Association deal, which does NOT open the doors to the European Union membership in any way. It is simply a trade agreement between the EU and Ukraine – nothing more, nothing less.

  6. judgybitch March 5, 2014 at 20:37 #

Thanks for the clarification, Marian. My understanding of the trade pact is that it would have been a sort of testing mechanism to see if looser trade agreements would work out in practice.

If so, then discussions about moving the Ukraine into the EU might happen.

The ultimate goal of the protesters is to have the Ukraine become part of the formal European Union, no?

No, women actually DO run the world — particularly the western world.

Your first riot photo expresses the truth about this planet perfectly, whether it’s a one-on-one interaction at the grocery store, civil strife, or international policy. And that truth is Let’s You and Him Fight. . . while I stay safely on the sidelines, proclaiming my Independence and Empowerment, until the men I have set upon each other finish the bloodbath, and I can ally with the winner and go on home to my comfortable life.

Hitlery’s assurance that “the true victims of war are females” illustrates the actual mindset of the planet’s women and girls.

Matriarchy is maintained, in the U.S. or Crimean, by setting MALES against one another to “battle it out” while the Female Herd — safe, protected, and satisfied — cheer or tear from the sidelines, waiting to build hegemony from the bloody rubble.

This is also the obvious dynamic that’s been constructed in the U.S. and modern West — persecute and disenfranchise males en masse, especially white males, for half-a-century, guaranteeing a (cold or hot) Civil War consisting of the Beaten Down vs. the Left and Whiteknight Conservative males and their coercive institutions (cops, homeland security, attorney generals, FEMA, national guard, etc.).

This war has already been raging in Amerika for decades, sub rosa, with school shootings, office blowups, etc. This is the beginning of the Civil War. And no matter who wins, The Grrls stay well out of the actual carnage, then clean up the economic and political scraps after the real fighting is over.

    It’s easy. It’s fun. It’s entertaining. And it’s time-tested and foolproof.

Paleolithic or 2014. Same as it ever was.

This entire fight over Ukraine reeks of something like a bar fight where a woman started it, but the men finish it and are the only ones to exchange blows.

Women have less than 1/2 the stake in the outcome of any confrontation between nations, and therefore should have less than 1/2 the say in such events, imho.

That may be so but the catfighting over the spoils, holding up babies as shields, and hysteria in general sort of disintegrates into chaos. Naturally, those with like-values align but the myth that women all hold the same values and are not actually genetic competitors is simply the feminine version of the divide-and-conquer strategy. Meanwhile, when the surviving warriors return home (or cross borders as refugees) chances are they are going to want sammiches to go with their PTSD. If none are forthcoming, they’ll graciously spread their PTSD throughout their families who will respond by forgetting their cultural heritage, history, and values; resolve to remain hysterical children forever, and exploit their own children for purposes of economic advancement.

Not at all. You can see the list of current Association members, some of them have been on the list for a while, with no EU membership in sight. In fact, all mention of “EU integration” was deleted from the agreement that was (initially) offered to Ukraine. The rhetoric used by most politicians, that signing it will “help” or “support” a Ukraine’s EU application in the future is just that – rhetoric. There is nothing in the agreement that even hints to such a possibility, and, like I said, any mention of EU membership was removed from the agreement, despite Ukraine efforts to have such a clause present.

This video (in russian, sorry) has a Ukraine politician describe the agreement in detail during a conference in Moldova. Listening to it, you will understand why Ukraine rejected the contract at the last moment (trade quotas that favor EU, demands on adhering to EU standard (which would have cost Ukraine around $100-160kkk), no financial support to complete the overhaul of Ukraine industry to said standards, etc.).

Regarding the protesters, the initial catalyst for the meetings was the rejection of the deal, however, considering the unfavorable terms of the agreement, the protests quickly evolved into “anti-government” protests (corruption being the main vice of the current leadership). And under this new slogan they persisted until the “coup”. After which, the new government quickly announced that they will, after all, go with the Association Agreement. You must also keep in mind, that until recently, few protesters knew exactly what the Association Agreement offered – I think 50% of surveyed protesters assumed that it would immediately grant them the ability to travel and work in the EU.

Waiting safely behind the males that are actively participating in determining the future direction of the country is most definitely not “running the world” (or Ukraine or even Crimea). It’s hypergamy.

Middle-aged & older women have everything to lose if they lose their mates & their place in their current society whereas younger women can rely upon their beauty & fertility to reestablish themselves comfortably in a new societal order.

Female solipsism is laid bare in times of strife. But don’t be mad- it’s biology, and biology wins.

Femen are a U.S. front group funded via the NED or “National Endowment for Democracy” to stir up shit in Russia’s sphere of influence. The information about this is on the net.

That’s why you don’t see them.

As George W. Bush famously said,”Mission Accomplished”.

I agree with the Ukrainians who say this is their fight, their choice, and we should mind our own business. I will definitely try to do just that. I think Ukrainians are making a big mistake involving the EU in any capacity and that the people they allowed to take over will do the same thing that Russia did to them because they’re basically all the same crooks, but it’s their business.

As an American, I wish them well and hope they get what they were looking for regardless of all the evil people attempting to use them for their own ends or take advantage of their situation. Good luck,Ukraine.

Most women simply do not care about anything other than their own freebies being handed out by the government, all paid for by working men through taxation. Any and all politics to them is solely female centric. They do not give a FUCK about anyone – just the privileges of women and they’re really not even that interested in their children either.

If mothers really cared about their children- at least here in the U.S., they wouldn’t allow our schools & counselors & doctors to force children onto Ritalin – basically speed- by the millions, destroying children’s minds and bodies and ultimately their futures. What pieces of shit mothers are in this country. Hell sure is filling up fast with women.

    Hello, JB,
In Russian/Ukrainian culture woman are equal to men but men do the heavy lifting.

Russian women generally prefer to be treated like ladies(while in Europe a woman can get touchy if you open a door), but they totally do not need man, so logically they want to marry before 20…

In Russian man lifts, protects, and pays for every thing. Women do expect that.

    Extra:

This comes from USSR(where woman were equal with rights to vote right from 1920s). Russia has been divided in two camps white knights and bad boys. Man had to be married in USSR to have access to a decent job, some say because then man become much more docile and obedient, easy to control(shouting and beating your husband is totally okay, if he beats you it is jail, but ONLY if she wants so).

There is even a term for that: Matriarchy(Russian reversal). Normally woman is dominant in the family.

Also, look at life span of two demographics.

Roman, I think the sarcastic comments of Bitch are targeted to Femen, not to the average Ukranian female.
I have been travelling across Ukraine and I know more or less how it works. I know Ukranian men treat women like princesses (what they are) and Ukranian women treat men with deep respect. In the West, men treat women like princesses and women treat men like scum.

And about Femen… well, I always say that feminism as an ideology does not exist at all. It is just a pose. When you see the protest of Femen in Paris urinating in public… you understand everything.:they are just attention whores. They use that void concept “feminism” or politics to ask for attention and to make men horny (at least I got horny by watching the video, could not help it) But of course if you would be there and you would watch at them more than 10 seconds they will call you “creep” and the would call la gendarmerie.nationale.

Interesting take. Whatever happens, women stay out of harm’s way. Even tough female US soldiers get pregnant, or refuse orders, in order to stay out of harm’s way.

I see another disconcerting issue: the entire Western Press, and governments, support the deposition of a democratically elected government by a violent street mob. When the beleaguered president belatedly had a few hooligans shot, he was chided for violation of human rights.

Protesters who throw deadly cobblestones and Molotov cocktails at police SHOULD be shot on the spot. Those who support them and participate in the protests should not complain if they become collateral damage.

It is positive that they do not use women and Babies as human shields.
