Do women have more rights than men? Why yes! Yes they do.

13 Aug

Here is my new piece at Thought Catalog detailing five rights that women have and men do not. The comments should be interesting….

Men may vote if, and only if, they agree they will face death if required. Women have no such obligation, but they do get to vote for the governments that can potentially send men to meet death.

5 Legal Rights Women Have That Men Don’t

Heck, men can’t even get a higher education without proving they’ve signed up for the draft! Our institutions have become part of the SS enforcement system. What is the connection? None, of course.

I’m amazed at how many women on this blog and others (AVM) don’t think equality should extend to the draft. What’s that word? Oh, yeah. Hypocrisy.

What’s sad is that this is even a question. Well written, and directly to the point.

I fear those who need to read it most either will not, or will simply attack the messenger, though.

I completely agree with you here. I oppose both male and female genital mutilation and think that anyone concerned about human rights should be speaking out against both. I oppose the draft for both men and women. I think a man who doesn’t want to be a father should have the option of forfeiting all parental rights and walking away, though it needs to happen as soon as he first learns about the unborn or born child’s existence, not years later. I also completely agree with custody arrangements that focus on the best interests of the child to have a healthy relationship with both parents. In some rare cases, this may mean greatly limiting, or even ending, that child’s contact with an abusive parent, but in most cases, the more equal the arrangement, the better. And last but not least, I support having a legal system and society that supports both men’s and women’s rights to only have consensual sexual experiences.

I guess where we differ is that I believe that both men and women are equally worthy of compassion and second chances in life. That’s why I oppose having a sex offender registry, and it’s also why I oppose branding people who’ve been promiscuous, whether male or female, as whores, and why I oppose branding a single mom as unworthy of marriage. By the same token, I think a young man who walked away from a child he fathered at a young age can indeed mature into a good father someday. The hard part is the fact that the child he walked away from is nevertheless likely to suffer a lot of pain, and also to resent the man who walked away a lot more than he or she will resent the single mom who was too “dumb” to abort, because most of us, no matter how hard our lives are, still would choose life for ourselves over never being born. So I guess it’s impossible to make everything completely equal.

The site loads for about half a second, and then disappears while the little wheel spins and spins. Was it something I said?

Face it, women will never be drafted for combat. And the selective service system only exists to provide make-work government jobs anyway, the reality is the USA could never mobilize again, it would be like the Confederacy calling up the plantation slaves, it’s just a silly idea.

  6. realityforever August 13, 2014 at 22:31 #

What is MIND BLOWING is that this even had to be WRITTEN. Uh, shouldn’t the entire U.S. KNOW all of this? Shouldn’t this just be COMMON SENSE? NO, because all MEN care about is f******* FOOTBALL. And the women in this country are so insane AND such complete drooling morons that I feel my IQ doing a free fall down to the single digits every time I try to talk to one of them.

And wouldn’t you know.. what a coincidence.. THAT’S exactly WHY we don’t have any rights! The government baited women with Feminism and that was a backdoor to take all of men’s rights through reproduction and VAWA and false rape accusations.

NOW 20 years later, they’re taking women’s rights away as well. How? A woman just 3 weeks ago was arrested for letting her daughter PLAY IN THE PARK. CPS is crawling up mothers’ asses now like never before and the police are arresting them for the same petty crap, beating them, abusing them just like they’ve been doing to men for the last 20 years. Do you think men will ever get their rights back? F*** NO. No, the plan is to now bring women’s rights down to the level of men’s where NO ONE has any rights and we’re living in some kind of dictatorship that looks like CHINA only worse.

Hey, ladies- you were having a good old time laughing it up at how you could just eject a man from your life, have him thrown in jail and then force him at gunpoint to pay you each month and forced to live away from you while you all – millions and millions of you- all cackled like witches? Did you actually expect for men to have all their rights stripped and you get to keep YOURS? HAHAHA Idiots, you got PLAYED. And Karma is a BITCH.

Won’t be shedding any tears for you POS witches, in fact I’ll be sitting right here laughing my ass off at you, the way you laughed at us. What was surprising to me was just how evil women turned out to be when allowed to do whatever they wanted. There’s 2-3 women who are OK, like judgy bitch and GWW, but I am DONE. I’m not interested in ANY females at all anymore. Just all of it- the way they act, our culture, the LAWS – the insanity, false rape accusations, child support, the backstabbing, the deception, the extreme stupidity and vapidness of U.S. women – all of it have turned me off to women in such a tremendous way to women that whenever I see an attractive female I just think, “what a piece of shit,” and I just look at her like I’m going to throw up. And I’m even a tall, attractive guy with a career, the kind of guy who could have at least half of any women I wanted. That’s OK, they’re all yours! Knock yourselves out guys!

It’s safe to say I’m not going to ever be getting married or having any kind of relationship with any females ever again. And millions of men in the U.S. are doing the same and more every day.

  7. Jim August 14, 2014 at 04:13 #

“Men may vote if, and only if, they agree they will face death if required. Women have no such obligation, but they do get to vote for the governments that can potentially send men to meet death.”

Yup. Like I’ve said in the past, men have to earn it by being forced to literally sign away their right to live. How did women get the vote? They bitched about it and it was simply handed to them by a bunch of weak manginas. Crazy.

  8. Spaniard August 14, 2014 at 14:11 #

If would be a dictator I would go to the one of that multiple “fashion weeks” we have along the year, I would arrest everybody there and I would send all that models, female journalists, female designers, etc. to work in the mine!!!!

I would let the gays go coz I do not want to be accused of homophobia.

  9. paulvzo August 14, 2014 at 14:11 #

Jim, “they” didn’t just whine about it. Women were beaten, women died in jail. It’s a long history going back to pre-Revolutionary days. My mother never missed an election and she instilled in my sister and my daughters that women died so that they could vote.

(JB, a minor point. The US Constitution doesn’t set any voting standards such as gender or age. That’s left to each state. That’s why a handful, all in the west, gave women the right to vote before 1900. Further sub-note, women in Utah voted in FAVOR of polygamy! Wow, talk about religious brain washing.)

  11. Goober August 14, 2014 at 15:23 #

There is no record of any women having died for the suffrage movement that I’m aware of, except for one accidental death when a woman gt trampled by a horse that she ran out in front of during a protest..

We talked about this a while back on this forum.

There are a lot of efforts to “lionize” women from the suffrage movement, which is fine, because they performed a valuable service and righted an historic wrong, but let’s be honest about their true sacrifices during the process.

It was NOT dangerous to be a woman involved in the suffrage movement. The common claim that it was is a lie. There was no personal, physical risk associated with it. Just time and effort, like anything else.

  12. realityforever August 14, 2014 at 16:27 #

Yes, all Feminists do is make women look like frauds by constantly trying to deceive everyone into thinking women just had it oh so hard before Feminism, when all historical records paint a very different picture.

At no time were men beating and raping women with abandoned- or did women ever suffer from just about anything – that’s all just Feminist fantasy. Women have ALWAYS been pampered. In fact in the 1800s if it was found a man was beating his wife many times they ended up swinging from a tree. All of Feminism from top to bottom is fraud. In fact that is what it should be called instead of ‘Feminism.’

What women WEREN’T allowed to do before Feminism is make a mockery of marriage by simply using it as an obvious scam to rip off men through divorce, file law suits all day based on false accusations, spite men every day, all day long with a “FUCK YOU” attitude and were taught to respect men and family. To Feminists all of that was just horrific. “RESPECT MEN? Are you INSANE?!? We want to kill them, financially rape them, throw them in prison for nothing, put little boys on dangerous drugs because we HATE all thing male/family and anything decent or worthwhile.

  13. realityforever August 14, 2014 at 16:53 #

“I think a young man who walked away from a child he fathered at a young age can indeed mature into a good father someday.”

WHOA! Slow down there, Nelly. 80% of all divorces are initiated by WOMEN, that means mothers too. It’s WOMEN who are almost 100% to blame for single mothers- you need to start looking in the mirror. It’s horrific enough that HALF of all children are being raised by single mothers, but it’s psychotic to blame men for it! You need to learn statistics and get up to speed with the times you live in.

This isn’t 1975 where a man can just disappear and run from his obligations- no matter where he runs to they will track him down and garnish his payroll checks and throw him jail if he doesn’t pay child support. There is no where for a father to run TO. And then the rest of the single mothers today never had any intention of ever getting married or living with the father to begin with!

Think ‘Honey Boo Boo’ -that’s the typical U.S. female today- she makes a LOT more money collecting child support from 3 different fathers for 3 different children than she can having just one father in the home. That’s why all the mix and match families as well, not to mention virtually all women today cheat and a father in the home really puts a damper on the 21st century U.S. female whore lifestyle.

Men and fathers have ZERO rights to their children or any legal rights at ALL in ANY situation involving their children. Imagine a man and woman with 2 children living together. One day the mother says, “I don’t love you anymore and want you to leave,” (which is the case 99% of the time in all broken home because she’s fucking someone else) and then the father shouts, “NO! I’m not leaving!! I’m staying here and being a father to my children!!”

WHAT DO YOU THINK IS ABOUT TO HAPPEN NEXT? That’s right, Dummy, he’s going out anyway, but now in a brand new pair of matching handcuffs!! You’re 20 years behind the times! That was the whole reason for VAWA in 1994! It was a sick and evil way for women to eject men and fathers from the home.

And then the second a female has a baby and is single, the STATE immediately throws money at her and she gets to live for free- no MEN allowed in the house. OUT. If a man doesn’t earn at least 80,000 year then he is not making more than what she can scam from the government as a single and/or scam from suckers in child support. SINGLE MOTHERS are single BY CHOICE.

How DARE you even imply that single mothers are single because of fathers who don’t care. There are MILLIONS AND MILLIONS of fathers out there right now living in HELL because they were ejected from their families by their whore wives and then if they lose their jobs and can’t pay child support, it’s off to jail. And then you actually have the gall to talk about fathers who walk away like it’s some kind of common thing?

And then a lot of the time the women trick the man and he becomes a father whether he wants to or NOT at gunpoint. How would YOU like to live like that? Oh, you say, “He deserved it because he shouldn’t have had sex with her.” HUH, that’s funny, could you imagine if society told WOMEN that? “Too fucking bad, Bitch you shouldn’t have been having sex, now we’re going to garnish your check every month for a baby you’ll rarely even see.”

Of course ironically they ARE right, if you live in the U.S. STAY AWAY from women- it’s a guaranteed one way trip to Hell one way or another. She’s going to stab you in the back guaranteed! Why? Because she can! And any man who actually thinks a female is going to stay with him past a handful of years is off their rocker and not paying attention to the world they live in and is an IDIOT. The laws enable her to fuck over and extort men- the laws are the very weapons she uses to fuck over men.

The average marriage only last 8 years now in the U.S. and 80% of the time it is the FEMALE initiating the divorce, not because of ‘abuse,’ but because of ‘dissatisfaction’ – meaning she’s fucking someone new and got bored with her husband. The government TRACKS all of this data! I can’t believe how IGNORANT so many people still are!

  14. Spaniard August 14, 2014 at 17:24 #

The time when women were not allowed to vote, NOBODY was allowed to vote. Democracy is a new thing in Europe (but Britain).
The time when women were not allowed to study at University, NOBODY was allowed to study but the rich. Before we had (in Europe) public universities.
Women never have been prevented from expressing themselves in art of literaute. And we have very poor and few production from women in art and literature (a few, few, few of them, yes).

“There is something in common between the Jew and the female: both have no soul at all”.

    Otto Weiniger (Jew himself)

  16. That_Susan August 14, 2014 at 18:46 #

You misunderstood my post. I wasn’t blaming men for single parent homes: I was agreeing that men should have equal reproductive rights, or at least the closest thing you can get to equal when gestation only occurs in women. Since a woman can have an abortion, a man should be able to say, “If you decide to continue with this pregnancy, you’ll be completely on your own,” and be free to walk away — but I think he needs to say it early enough for the woman to be able to make an informed decision.

  17. That_Susan August 14, 2014 at 18:54 #

In fairness to Spanish men — I talk to many in my job as a telephone English teacher — “Spaniard” is not a typical Spanish male. Most of the men I talk with, from all over the world, are happily married, and have a lot of respect for their wives and their wives’ careers and abilities, and a lot of respect for women in general, as well as for people from all different cultures. But I guess the U.S. isn’t the only place with a few rednecks.

  18. Spaniard August 14, 2014 at 19:31 #

I do not live in the U.S. but in Alcalá de Henares, close to Madrid. The hometown of Cervantes and place of one of the oldest universities in the world: Complutensis Universitas (founded 1499).

I agree I am a redneck, but a local redneck.

    And about Spanish men…

Well, they may say they are happily married but we all know in this country that is no true at all.
In Spain we have a popular sentence: “Follas menos que un casado” = “You have less sex than a married man”.

Otrherwise… why so many brothels in Spain? Most of the clients of that ladys are married men.

And Spanish women are not the sweetest creatures on Earth, by the way. 🙂

  19. The Real Peterman August 14, 2014 at 19:47 #

That may be so, but I was turned away from a government job placement program because I couldn’t prove I had registered for selective service. Not something women have to.worry about. My tax dollars at work!

  20. The Real Peterman August 14, 2014 at 19:51 #

That’s bogus. Jews and women are just like anyone else, some are bad but most are good. Don’t be a fool.

  21. Spaniard August 14, 2014 at 19:55 #

Whatever Weininger wrote are wise words.

  22. Spaniard August 14, 2014 at 20:08 #

Funny that in Switzerland there was a referendum about female suffrage and only for women. So, women voted if they wanted to have the right to vote or not. And what they voted massively? “NO”.

But why they voted “no”? (and this is a psycological hypothesis)
Because every one of that females did not want to have the right to vote?
    Of course not.
They voted “no” becuse they did not want to allow their sisters to vote. Because women know women and they do not trust their own gender for political issues.
It is normal: 95% of the tips and the advices from women for women you can read in female magazines are a bunch of lies.
    They even lie to themselves.

  23. Jim August 14, 2014 at 22:58 #

“My mother never missed an election and she instilled in my sister and my daughters that women died so that they could vote. ”

Sorry but you’re mother is a liar.

  24. Jim August 14, 2014 at 23:05 #

I don’t know why this “Jews run the world”, or “they have no souls” and all that still persists. It’s weird though. I remember having a quick conversation with this Jewish guy and it got around to marriage. The look in his face immediately changed and he said to me sternly, “Whatever you do never marry a Jewish women”. I asked him but he said, “Just don’t. You’ll really regret it if you do.” I was about to press him further but being at work made it impossible to continue.

  25. Alex August 15, 2014 at 06:09 #

i think AVfM has a piece or two calling for the end of it, though it’s been a while since i’ve seen them

  26. Jim August 15, 2014 at 08:20 #

Yeah, well, it seems women are about to reap what they have sown. It’s better not to use the state to smash someone else. A lot of times it comes back to bite you.

  27. Master Beta August 15, 2014 at 08:24 #

“Women were beaten, women died in jail”

Where did you hear that? The suffragettes were handled with extreme caution. Force fed when they went on hunger strikes to keep them alive, and released from prison early (when they were in prison for burning down buildings and other such actual crimes).
Compare that to what happens in places where people are actually oppressed. Like Syria, or Egypt, or the black civil rights movement (where’s Martin Luther King?)

  28. That_Susan August 15, 2014 at 11:00 #

So if the draft was done away with in your country, would you then all be cool with us having the same right to vote that you do?

  29. Spaniard August 15, 2014 at 12:50 #

In Spain women and men 18+ have the right to vote since 1976.
I have no problems with women voting. It seems is women who have problem with women voting.
I remember when Ayn Rand was asked in an interview if she would like a woman for president, and she answered: “Hell, no!!!”.

  30. Spaniard August 15, 2014 at 12:55 #

It woud be very interesting to know why not.
Could you ask again your coworker?

I find Jewish women very attractive. I like very much that Sarah Silverman. I can forgive her about her blasphemys about Jesus.
Well, after all. Jesus was a Jew, so they have the right to blasphemy about him.

  31. Spaniard August 15, 2014 at 13:03 #

Imagine the Civil Right movement in the 60s was named: “Blackism”.

  32. Goober August 15, 2014 at 15:04 #

Maybe it’s just me and my “vobis non me dux” (you’re not the boss of me) attitude, but I think the entire idea of a draft is just absolutely obscene. In a country that supposedly abolished slavery, we still seem to be in a big damn hurry to enslave people. The draft is evil because:

    1. It allows governments to fight wars that are too unpopular to field armies made up of volunteers. I think a good acid test for a war should be “can you find enough men to volunteer to fight it?” If “no”, then maybe the war shouldn’t be fought. The draft eliminates a very important check on government power and war-mongering;
    2. It allows governments to make others fight wars in their stead. I’ve never seen a politician so outraged by the state of things that he grabs a rifle and runs to the front lines, himself. But they are all very glad to make other people go to the front lines, through threat of imprisonment and lifelong ostracism.
    3. It is slavery, only worse. If you take a man, say “DO THIS OR ELSE I’LL DO VIOLENCE AGAINST YOU, and in return, I’ll give you free room and board” that’s slavery. If you take a man, say “Put your life in peril, and allow other men from another country to commit unspeakable violence against you, follow my every command unquestioningly for fear of execution or imprisonment, or else I’ll commit violence against you, myself, and in return, I’ll feed you while you live in a shitty, muddy little foxhole,” that’s the draft.

For those reasons, I think the draft should be abolished. Maybe without that crutch to lean on, we’ll see our government stop being so goddamned obstinate and quick to start lobbing bombs at people.

  33. That_Susan August 15, 2014 at 15:48 #

    Very well said.

  34. wqjcv August 15, 2014 at 15:59 #

Would drafting women and children reduce support for war?

  35. That_Susan August 15, 2014 at 16:13 #

Most likely — but I can’t imagine anyone, in my own country at least, thinking it was acceptable to send children into wars.

  36. Jim August 15, 2014 at 17:40 #

Maybe that’s because being women and not fooling themselves they realize how insane most women are?

  37. Goober August 15, 2014 at 21:06 #

Changing our attitude about the disposable nature of young men would work, too.

I never did figure out why it’s okay to blow the legs off of an 18 year old adolescent against his will, but suggest that you do the same to a woman who has volunteered for that duty, and it’s beyond the pale.

I understand why, on a basic biological and evolutionary scale, men are more expendable than women. One man can sire hundreds of children, whereas one woman, on average, maybe a half dozen? So it’s a lot easier to repopulate after you lose a shit-ton of men, than it is after you lose a shit-ton of women.

But we’re not talking about basic biological or evolutionary survival at this point, so I wonder if it’s possible for us to change our attitudes about sending men to be mutilated because of some political slight that had no effect over the men who were dying, at all?

Don’t get me wrong, I’m not a pacifist. You punch me, I’ll punch you back. You threaten my life, I’ll take yours. But I would never expect anyone to fight my battles for me, or to be willing to die because trade tariffs are too high.

  38. Jim August 15, 2014 at 21:25 #

I’d like to know too but that was a customer at a former job. He was VERY emphatic about it too.

  39. Jim August 15, 2014 at 21:29 #

“I never did figure out why it’s okay to blow the legs off of an 18 year old adolescent against his will, but suggest that you do the same to a woman who has volunteered for that duty, and it’s beyond the pale.”

Me either. Worse still, some hypocritical cunt gives a white feather to a 15 year old BOY (during WWI) if he wasn’t volunteering to get his limbs blown off or lose his life. How convenient for her that she doesn’t have to face that kind of agony or death.

  40. Prodor August 16, 2014 at 23:19 #

Problem with that is what if the woman hides it.

Would probably be best to default to not being the father, but then if he wants he can sign some father-contract.

Father contract could be automatically a part of marriage contract.

  41. Bobby W August 17, 2014 at 07:21 #

I have to admit, this made me chuckle for the first time in a while Thank you.

  42. Bobby W August 17, 2014 at 07:26 #

Slavery wasn’t abolished, just limited to convicted criminals.

  43. Micha Elyi August 17, 2014 at 22:04 #

No need to imagine. What you call the “Civil Rights movement in the 60s” was called Black Power.

  44. Spaniard August 18, 2014 at 09:35 #

Part of that movement. Not Luther King´s.

  45. Spaniard August 18, 2014 at 09:38 #

    You are welcome.

  46. realityforever August 20, 2014 at 16:11 #

“could never mobilize again” Sounds like, “that could never happen here, a president becoming like a dictator,” or “the U.S. opening it’s borders and letting illegals flood in, the could NEVER happen here, THEY would never let that happen here.” WHERE exactly do all of you extremely, EXTREMELY shallow, uneducated, naive dunces come from? I keep hearing this over and over and over especially from U.S. white women over 40 (???)

Where is that stupid attitude coming from exactly? It’s practically like saying, “Oh nothing bad could ever happen to me, I’m off limits, I live in a protected zone.” It’s obvious you people have no corresponding intelligence to the world in which you live, history and how the world WORKS. How many more rights have to be stripped from you before you finally start GETTING it? Yes, that CAN happen here and it WILL.

  47. That_Susan August 20, 2014 at 16:47 #

I would actually love to see it become easier for the illegal Mexicans in my community, many of whom are working hard and striving to provide a better life for their children, to obtain permanent residency here, rather than constantly living in fear of being caught and deported. I’ve met at least two U.S.-born women who are raising their children alone, not because of “frivorce” or abandonment, but because their husbands haven’t yet able to get things in order to stay here legally. I honestly wish it could be as easy as you say it is to get the U.S. to open up its borders.

But I agree with you that there’s a risk that any government could become a dictatorship. That’s one reason why it’s so important for everyone to stay informed on current events, and also to get out and vote.

  48. Jim August 20, 2014 at 22:10 #

JD, can you relate to this in any way?:

  49. Pro-Truth August 22, 2014 at 00:27 #

    And men.

Of course the way some feminists talk, you’d think there wasn’t a difference.

The other day, my nine year old daughter and I were watching TV when she suddenly piped up and said, “Women DO have more rights than men, don’t they?” I asked her where she heard that and she said, “Sometimes I look at your email when you’re talking to Judgy Bitch.” Just thought you’d like to know you’re influencing the younger generation, too. 🙂
