About us Bitches

Judgy Bitch has an undergraduate degree in Film Theory (useful!), a Master’s degree in Business Administration and she has recently been admitted to a PhD program in Entrepreneurship and Innovation, but she is not sure she wants to go just yet. She is a full time mother to her three children, PinkyPinkyPie, LittleDude and MissBossyPants and a full time wife to Mr. JudgyBitch. Her children have never seen the inside of a daycare center and her husband has never made his own sandwich, and that makes her very happy. She lives in a small town, has one car, doesn’t own a big screen TV and has never been to an all inclusive resort on vacation. She doesn’t buy scented candles, throw cushions or frozen pizza.

Oh, she also doesn’t give a fuck what you think about her.

I happened upon this blog from an AVFM comment link by you and, after reading through a number of entries, I have to say, this is amazing stuff you write here, keep it up.

Women like you are why I have not yet lost all faith in modern society. And this is coming from someone in what used to be “affectionately” called the second world, where society is surprisingly similar today to that in the US.

    Thank you!

“JudgyBitch” is a good name. It has punch. A woman has to possess a thick skin to peruse the manosphere and survive mentally intact. It’s an admirable quality. There are some harsh things written about women there, but I’d remind them that there are also many harsh things written about men. For example, imagine reading that you’re “disposable”, or a “beta loser”, etc.

I’m a man, and I’m not getting married until I find a woman who approaches me in a bar, makes all the moves on me, asks for my number, takes me out on several dates, pays for the bill, goes for the kiss, pays for the meals, tries to sleep with me, goes to work 9-5, pays for the house, while I stay home and watch TV. Until I find a woman that does all those things, I’m not getting married. Thanks Feminists, you taught me a great lesson, you taught me how much men are suckers. Feminism has shown me the way.

Hi, Where can I find one or the other confidants, or an amalgam of both, and just for MEeeeee?

Anyway, not that you need much bird-dogging ast all to find a cause celeb to pee’on with pen, but here’s one that sticks in my descending colon… getting sorta painful.

It is… the Because I am a Girl, campaign… [aka ‘Because I am a (privileged White Woman needing another easily unverifiable excuse to raise money’ I am a Girly-Girl, who will extrapolate third world realities to be MY/’our’ collective experience in the Western World, and add a HUGE amount of feminist spin to feel good…’] Please give generously, and male gender don’t matter when the Bank Notes change hands, really.

I made a mental note not long back THAT, sure-as-shit-happens, this ubiquitous school boards ‘Pledge Against Bullying’ would morph into DEFINED violence against women and girls, where the facts (as IF that matters to the ‘V-cultists’… dibs, I coined that, lol… say it three times fact and it sounds just like… ya.) Happening.
Also, a link to ‘child protection’ on their site MAGICALLY becomes ‘child’, in that a ‘girl’ IS ‘child’… boys need not apply as invisible, soon to be disposable at puberty, and wait for it, privileged WORLD-WIDE, testicle-ownership makes intercontinental economic realities disappear. Did anyone sent the memo?

Going through their website, and TV commercial archive, one gets just a little constipated. Quite tiring. Sluggish. Feeling shitlessly furious with the abject dishonesty… the MARKETING to the demo-sector ‘controlling’ most of the economy, as the other enjoys our patriarchy privilege…
I’m asked to DISCRIMINATE against young boys overseas, as a desensitizer of the same SHIT done here less overtly?

Obligatory post by Queen Empress Victoria I, arguably the most powerful woman in history, “I am most anxious to enlist everyone who can speak or write to join in checking this mad, wicked folly of ‘Women’s Rights,’ with all its attendant horrors, on which her poor feeble sex is bent, forgetting every sense of womanly feelings and propriety. Feminists ought to get a good whipping. Were woman to ‘unsex’ themselves by claiming equality with men, they would become the most hateful, heathen and disgusting of beings and would surely perish without male protection.”

    Hello JB form England!
As a man I find your site to be enlightening…to the Feminists, it’s obvious I should say this! However in my defence I have a great respect for womankind in general considering my background, life experiences, the fact that I’m married to a woman of ‘The Soviet Era’ and that we have a Daughter!
My wife and I have many arguments about ‘whatever’ yet we love each other terribly. Most of the issues we ‘discuss’ revolve around our 12 year old Daughter, her education and general upbringing. Her perception and opinions differ from mine yet after some minutes or hours she comes around to ‘my way of thinking’. The reason is not because it is a competition, rather, an understanding that I am right. Now the ‘Fems’ will decry this statement as me being a typical male, being forceful and ‘intimidating’ and she has no choice but to acquiesce in order to placate me to ‘keep the peace’. This is NOT the case at all. Soviet females were the ‘first’ feminist’s, equality of sexes was forced on the Russian people in no uncertain terms from 1917 until the late 80’s (the problems that it caused are still being felt today).
My wife is not a ‘giver upper’! However, logic, common sense, truth (and nature, there, I’ve said it!) and the realisation that the common good…our Daughters education, well-being and future…is most important instead of selfishness and a false sense of a State engendered ‘equality’ makes sense to her…eventually!

It comes to one fact that can’t be denied. A Father, a Man, has undeniable and constant roles in Society and in the Family…of providing, protection and love. I suppose this is where Christian values come to the fore here even though I open myself up to considerable criticism for mentioning the ‘C’ word!

A real Father/Man/Husband will do whatever it takes to provide. He will work, strive, denigrate himself, wage war, seek a diplomatic solution, be corrupt, thieve, and/or die for his loved ones. A real woman will support him.

But here is the real crux of the issue. A ‘real’ Father can only function if his wife will allow him to do so. A real ‘partnership’ requires the parities to be synchronised in perfect harmony in order to reach the common goal…through unconditional love for betterment of the family or communal unit. Without this foundation then we see a total absence of…Society.

I suppose that women want the same and this is where I wonder what ‘Feminism’ is all about. Whether we like it or not we are not all equal, we are not the same in the same way, that not all men are the same, not all women are the same. Afterall, no fingerprints are exactly the same, no face is the same, no body is the same…we are all individuals yet gender does provide us a certain grouping through a natural law (which we can’t fight).

For our part we will bring our Daughter up to be educated, cultured, financially savvy, worldly wise and certainly to be no ones fool. And my wife agrees!!

Your site has shown me that real women (other than my wife!) exist. Keep up the good work! And to the ‘Fems’ that hate your site let me say that there is no war; let us all do what we do best! The common enemy is selfishness and a false sense of under achievement.

Your cellphone in the baby seat. You know, something important that you can’t live without and would never forget about.

The baby you might forget. Your iPhone? Never.

    That is so fucked up.

    Wow –
As a 54 yo male I found this blog just great, I laughed, was made to think, and also found many of the statements/thoughts very much in line with my own.

What brought me to your blog was a web search on why it became acceptable in America to be fat. Landed on your article on fat, kids, and other thoughts. Could not agree more. Even though my wife and i have no kids, and we have varied on who has been at homes at different points in our careers, (we both work in telecommunications and have done many expat assignments together) I find for the most part I do the cooking. I love to cook, and agree it is a bit of work, but the ability to control the ingredients, eat clean, hormone and pesticide free organic, is worth the trouble.

Both of us work out, we both recently started doing CrossFit, drank the koolaid and love it. Have not been this fit since I left the Army when I was 28. Now if a 54 yo executive in the mobile industry can find the time to work out 6 days a week, still cook dinner, go kite surfing, play volleyball, and still watch my favorite TV show, then anyone can.

Many times when Cath and I are sitting in a cafe in the states, drinking a coffee and enjoying each others company, we watch all the bust people zipping around, they all look so stressed, i still do not understand it. Everyone always seems late for something, off to do this or that. How can a life be filled with that much shit to do? Now there is a topic for you to explore. We do not get it, even with cleaning the house, keeping up with a 1 acre yard full of flowers, a garden, 2 dogs, 2 cats, work, etc. We have loads of free time to enjoy our lives and never feel we do not have enough time to get all we need to done. We have the time to linger over a coffee, or sit in the garden and read a book.

So why is America so stressed, so busy, where is everyone rushing off to all the time? We never did kids, selfish I guess, we wanted to enjoy each other, and travel, and me being me, I saw to many of my friends wives get FAT after the kids, and the marriage become a storm. Now, many of my friends got fat as well, but for me, that was not a risk I wanted to take, I do not want a fat wife, and I am sure she does not want a fat husband either. We still are crazy in love after 18 years, and besides our crossfit friends, we are the only couple in our age group that is not fat. It is scary, they all take meds by the handful each day, for diabetes, high blood pressure, heart conditions, high cholesterol, etc, etc. While my BP is 104/62, resting heart rate in the mid 50’s.

So keep up the great writing, keep making people think, and keep cooking. From the guy who was 45lbs overweight and is now at 11% body fat for the last 7 years. Eat paleo, eat clean, train dirty, and play hard.

    All the best
    Ron

I remember discussing that news article (baby in car) with my mother. She was utterly incensed by the suggestion that a responsible parent could ‘forget’ their child, but not their phone. She is herself a working mother. I love her dearly, and she’s always looked after me. She’s also a criminal defence barrister.

Your suggestion that working mothers would negligently allow their children to ‘cook to death in a hot car’ is completely unfounded. You don’t need to be an unemployed housewife in order to care for your children. Doing both is fucking hard, but it can be done, as my mother proved. Indeed, the baby in car case does not necessarily support your case against working mothers, as it was in fact the baby’s grandmother who ‘forgot’ the child:

I, a 46 year old married man, strangely found your blog upon searching for “man’s big diamond ring” on Google. I enjoyed reading it. I wouldn’t have time to maintain a nice site like yours! The world’s big enough for people with different tastes and preferences, whether it be to stay home or make use of child care professionals. You are lucky to be able to say home with the kids. My wife tried it, but she felt a little isolated and went back to work after a year. We believe our children learned a lot to be able to socialize with others their own age while growing up, and that includes day care and pre-school when they were young. I don’t care for all her pillows. We have 4 big screen TVs and have also been to an all inclusive resort (didn’t like). Oh and we have our 2 kids ages 11 and 12, and cared for our 18, and 20 year old niece and nephew, whose parents both shockingly died of cancer within 90 days in 2010. And so, we feel blessed.

Feminism is allied to marxism . Ie destroy the west as we know it, break upfamilies, set people against each other. Then come to the rescue as mommy state. The results are appalling in the UK.

Not just because I find myself thinking “She is so right!!” as I read the posts, but because JB’s writing style is so addictive. My biggest issue with feminists is that they dehumanize men. Our fathers, grandfathers, brothers, sons, husbands are treated like some subhuman creatures unworthy of being respected, loved and cherished by a bunch of angry, warped, irrational people. It absolutely disgusts and enrages me. Your blog is a breath of fresh air and an antidote to feminist poison. Thank you.

    Hello JB,
Growing up in small town and a traditional Indian Joint family (yup, we Indians still stay with our moms, dads, grannies, grandpas, uncles, aunts and the list goes on!!); I naturally had a strong conservative thought flow. However..When I moved to highly Americanized urban locations (you most have heard of Bangalore; many Americans blame the city for loss of their job)I was exposed to a completely different culture of party, drug and one night stands; leaving me in a state of cultural shock. It was natural to develop a prejudice against western way of life. We all do that, i.e painting all with the same brush; don’t most westerners assume all Indian males are rapists and Indian culture is all about oppressing women!! Seeing all those PDA’s, slutty outfits and absurdly arrogant women, I really started loathing American women for spoiling our good old neighbourhood. Well it’s not me alone who thought that way, there are millions of Indians who assume pornography is western woman’s first career choice and all western women are characterless sluts (you really can’t blame them given their literacy level and ethnicity of several popular porn stars). But luckily for me, I got a job where I do a lot of Internet research and came across several American catholic sites and I read many Facebook posts by traditional western catholic as well as atheist ladies. Irrespective of who they were, they shared a view point about man-women relationship, sobriety, modesty etc. that surprisingly resembles to our traditional morals. Among the blogs I have read, your blog is the first of its kind that is dedicated to the purpose of true feminism, man-woman power balance, yet does not endorse a strong religious agenda. The writing style is quit trendy and points are quit logical. To sum up it all “You guys are the coolest bitches I found online”..

I am curious what your readership demographic is. I am a mid 40s male and this blog is awesome. I saw you at AVoiceForMen and then subsequently checked out your blog. My eyes are all bloodshot now and I have a stiff neck from reading this all night.

The articles on dating are the ones I like best. How a married woman can have such an accurate pulse on the realities of dating is impressive and so funny. Since I am single again I can relate to those articles the most. Keep up the good work. You have a new fan.

JB. I heard your talk on Radio National, free to air broadcast in Australia, this morning. And your words were music to my ears and a salve for my soul. I have become so tired of being told, by innuendo, that I am a defective male; that I need to reconstruct myself, and that I ought be a mother’s helper and not a father to my children. In this over-nurtured world you are a breath of fresh air! It is so hard to consider what is real when there is so much focus upon the positive and the negative. What we need is more genuine consideration and lots less bullshit posturing. And I felt thing coming from you! Thank you… Keep on going!! We need you!!!

Actually, there is a lot you say I do not agree with. But I enjoy a fresh perspective. Your lifestyle is very libertarian. Starting a website. Using your degree. I see liberation not as going out and working for the man, but starting something at home. It’s called ENTREPRENEUR. My wife got laid off a few years back. Took a while, but is now freelancing from home. Like you with this cool website. True emancipation is about independence. We grow our own food, cook our own meals. If my son were small, maybe we would homeschool . You do NOT have to be wage slave to be a liberated woman. Or human. Yes, I work outside as a school teacher. My wife sometimes makes little. Sometimes more than me. But I am all about the independent homestead. Cool website. The biggest social problem in this country is that everybody wants a job. I want to work for myself. Cannot, but I am glad my wife is able to. From home. Hope you make millions as JUDGY BITCH. Hilarious !!! Traditionalist self sufficient people are less about being corporate slaves than Berkley feminist trendies. I am proud to have a kitchen full of canned veggies that I raised in my garden and my wife canned/cooked for the winter. The most beautiful arrangement is when men and women work togther. How much would you have to pay for child care if you worked outside ? Looks to me that as a nationanally known blogger and full time homemaker, you are more a model than your critics.

I enjoyed you on your interview with Paul Elam the other day. You were great.Funny. He was ok.

But I think it is very ill-advised for him to contantly use the c word.

It just sounds bigoted, even if I respect the dude’s courage and philosophy.

I do not like the radfems and demonization of men. Or being told that men must sit and pee. Nor the new Orwellian California legislation.Reminds me of 1984 Orwellian anti-sex league.

Plus, I am currently paying for my son’s college and do not like the fact that he might not get due process if he were accused. Y’all have raised some issues I never thought about.

But I do not think Paul Elam was helping his cause with his foul language insulting women.

It is kind of like only an African American can get away with using the n word. Rightly off limits to the rest of us.

He should tread lightly. You and Karen Straughan are better spokesmen for MRA than any of the dudes I have seen. Even if I thought that college kid in Georgia did a good job with his new club. He seemed polite and thoughtful.

Paul Elam needs to remember that there are some very good reasons that it is hard wired into our DNA to react when a foul mouthed geezer talks trash about women. He’s walking on thin ice.

He has the natural demeanor of a gentlemen and is blowing it when he talks publicly like a rough neck. Loses hard won credibility.

Even if privately, a lot of us have trash mouths.

But keep doing what you do. I am sure many people will think what I said is too uptight.

But Jessica Valenti could have a field day exposing him as a hater, and it would be his own fault. She is a talented and convincing writer, and he is giving her the noose to hang him.

Then don’t read it. I think JB is full of it sometimes too.Actually I often think so. But she says a few things that need to be said.. And when she is crazy and over the top, it is usually in a funny way. That Star Trek thingy a while back was great. JB looked good too. But if you are sick of it, don’t read it. Becuae you will have a mental breakdown, and the pharmaceutical industrial complex will be even richer than it is now. We are already exploited by the pharmacutical industry. So I recommend that you keep your brain chemicals and other precious bodily fluids in balance for yourself and the greater good.. My own diagnosis is that you should stay away from something if it makes you mentally or physically ill. JB is screwed up in a lot of ways, but appears self-actualized about it. That’s why it is one of my favorite sites. Kind of like Alex Jones is a jerk, but he says some good things, too. PC is so pervasive and oppressive that you have to expect that people in the counter current will be a little kooky and eccentric. Kind of like I wish Paul Elam would clean up his language, but he has still created a good site. I prefer nut cases to mainstream or PC news. Because only the court jester can speak the truth in the kingdom of PC.

Well where the heck else are they going to put it ? This IS the page she created. I don’t get it. Isn’t this her site ? It is certainly not the site of John Travolta. Now if I were to send my John Travolta fan mail to this site, that would be bizzarre. But this seems the proper avenue for telling Judgy Bitch she is pretty awesome. Am I wrong ? Why is it strange to tell someone you like their site at their site.

That being said, I would like to let John Travolta know one thing. You were great in “Welcome Back Kotter. ” I sure hope you get my message. I also thought you and Olivia Newton John were awesome in Grease !

I hope, Dear Johnny, that you read this.

I also want to let the Fonze in Happy Days know how cool it was the way you slapped the pin ball machine and got all those chicks. Those were the days !!

And JB, if you are reading this, I just want to let you know it is none of your business what I write here. I write for the Fonze and Travolta only.

    To: Most Honorable JudgyBitch
    From: Tom Simunovic, Niagara Falls
I respectfully submit that most of your comments make readers feel that our feminist rulers exploit men and help women. And therefore your attract more women to feminism.
    —————————————————————————————————————
I suggest you point out more frequently how our feminist dictatorship shafts both men and women equally. For instance, after divorce, kids loose half family, which consists equally of men and women. Or, a wife is shafted if her husband has to pay lion’s share of his income to exwife.
    —————————————————————————————————————-
The most important message you can send is that feminism can’t help one woman without shafting other woman.
    —————————————————————————————————————–
Feminists don’t print money, only transfer from Ms A to Ms B, In all societies, total superproduct of men ends in hands of women anyway. The only way to increase exploitation of men is to increase productivity of men, which feminists don’t do. Thanks. TS

Did you know that you’re a “misogynist”? (according to David Futrelle)

I started reading your blog because I wanted to engage gender issues, and I found your blog under the “misogyny” section of David Futrelle’s “hunt the mammoth” blog. I thought it curious that you are female. I guess if a “man” can be a feminist then a woman can be an anti-feminist.

Apparently, I’m a “misogynist” too, because Futrelle filters my comments. I think to a feminist, anyone who dares question the unholy perfection of feminism is a “misogynist”.
